When this important Land Rover distributor embarked on a complete refurbishment of their premises, Testers, in consultation with their engineering consultants and architects, decided that Mezzanine should be awarded a contract for the new mezzanine level in the reception / showroom area and also structural steelwork alterations to the front and side elevations to the building.

Although the prime purpose of the mezzanine was to provide upper level office space and an enhanced reception area, the cosmetic appearance of the floor was extremely significant. Further, it was crucial that the building work did not interfere with the continued smooth running of business.

The inclusion of additional structural members to the exterior elevations by Mezzanine, allowed upper storey windows to be added. It also allowed company signage to be placed in a prominent position, thus enhancing the client's image.
