Visitied by over 40,000 people over three days, Chris and Stewart spent a great day networking with some of Europe’s leading systems integrators.

Commenting on the experience, Stewart said: "It was interesting to see the number of companies demonstrating the use of Automated Goods Vehicles ( AGV’s) at the show. So it was useful for us to see and identify exactly how we can tailor our solutions and new product range to match the future trends in the industry." Chris continued: "We felt it was important for both of us to attend LogiMat this year, not only to raise the profile of our business in Germany, but also to show our current customers that we have some serious capability in Europe. With Stewart's decades of technical expertise and experience in the world of automation, and my many year's of running country-wide distribution centres in Europe, we really do understand our customers' needs and challenges. This event is an opportunity to answer questions, share insights and show how we help our clients on a practical basis.“

Following the show Stewart and Chris jumped in the car to travel on to Frankfurt to meet one of their active customers face-to-face, and advise on a challenging 'live' project. Stewart commented: ”We couldn’t have had the same level of discussion via e-mail or over the phone for this particular project due ot the complexity of the installation so it was well worth the trip to Germany for both our client and us.“ Chris continued: ”At Mezzanine International, we care about getting the solutions right for our customers, so having won this uniquely challenging project, Stewart and I decided that a face-to-face meeting was the only way to go. So we hopped in the car and took off to Frankfurt. It's the right thing to do for everyone.”
