MiTek to exhibit for the first time at LogiMAT
After many years of visiting LogiMAT, now Europe's flagship intralogistics exhibition, MiTek Mezzanine Systems will be an exhibitor for the first time at this year's event.
Taking place in Stuttgart from 31 May to 2 June, this will be the first in-person version of LogiMAT since the 2020 show was cancelled at the start of the pandemic. "We are delighted that this key trade fair is finally taking place as a live event again," comments Scott Chambers, Managing Director. "We are looking forward to showcasing our mezzanine solutions to the LogiMAT audience – who are the key intralogistics players across a number of our key markets – for the first time."
As well as presenting the company's solutions to prospective customers, the MiTek team will be meeting with existing clients and updating them on the latest products. Users of MiTek's steel mezzanine systems in production or distribution applications worldwide include Amazon, Continental, DHL, Glaxo Smith Kline, H&M, Hitachi, Jaguar Land Rover and Lidl. "As the first global mezzanine business," explains Scott Chambers, "we have locations in Germany, the UK and the US. We're committed to investing in R&D and channelling our 35+ years of experience into continually improving our solutions – and customers can come and experience these product developments for themselves at one of our Innovation Hubs."
At LogiMAT, MiTek Mezzanine Systems – which works directly with end users or in partnership with warehouse developers, general contractors and system integrators – will be highlighting the suitability of its mezzanine solutions for integration with logistics automation. "Our standard steel platforms are very solidly built and can be customized according to the client's requirements," says Scott Chambers. "In addition we offer our Mezzanine7 system, which is up to seven times stronger than a standard mezzanine floor, making it ideal for companies installing heavy robotic and automated material handling equipment or those wanting to future-proof their facilities."
