Reliable project management

We have been awarded ISO 9001 certificated for quality management in the design, manufacture and installation of structural steelwork, so you have the reassurance that our process is reliable and robust. The professionalism of our team, combined with experience from our mezzanine installation partners globally, helps us to assemble the most time-efficient design and build programme, securing the earliest possible return on your investment. Phased programming of work is especially important in large-scale installations where elements of the project can overlap, with various contractors being on site at the same time.

Our experienced technical sales team can guide you through the critical initial stage of discussing your individual requirements. With the help of M-net – our unique mezzanine quotation software, developed in-house – we can generate fast and accurate costings, calculate production & installation times and place procurement orders. As an independent company, we are entirely focused on providing you with the best solution for your business.

Our Structural Engineers can provide technical advice on all aspects of your plans, including integration with any technology. We deliver fully compliant mezzanine solutions for both new and existing facilities – including buildings in seismic regions – to meet all loading, safety, access and fire regulations. To ensure optimal plans, we use a range of advanced design software including CAD, Tekla, IDEA StatiCA adn Dlubal that are integrated to BIM standards.

Every mezzanine system we deliver is a bespoke solution from our qualified and experienced design team. Using modular and lightweight steel structures that are available in a choice of finishes and colours, our designers create innovative and space-efficient solutions. We invest in regular design and software training and our Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy enhances the way in which we tender for and deliver our mezzanine projects.

Project management

Every MiTek solution has a dedicated Project Manager, providing a single point of contact throughout your project. With a wealth of mezzanine know-how, they give you peace of mind that your project will run smoothly, remain on schedule and keep within budget. Our team is experienced in collaborating with other suppliers to dovetail tasks on site and achieve an optimally phased programme. We are also committed to working around your operational needs to ensure minimal disruption.

Supply chain

By working with our network of trusted manufacturing and installation partners, we offer virtually unlimited capacity. This supply chain muscle helps to keep your project on track. We use only fully CE marking accredited suppliers who have a proven ability to deliver to on price, quality, safety and deadlines. Not being tied to any product range enables us to tailor a solution to your precise needs. In addition, partnering with local suppliers minimizes our carbon footprint.

All our projects are treated as Construction Design and Management (CDM) sites, so you will receive Risk Assessments and Method Statements to help minimize safety issues. Copies of certifications for workers, plant and tools will be supplied to give you additional reassurance, and a qualified Site Supervisor will oversee the installation phase. All our products and services comply with health & safety and building regulations, as well as best practice standards, with regular safety and quality checks being undertaken.
