Performance

At MiTek we monitor the performance of our supply chain and how it affects the outcomes we achieve for our customers.  Delivering and sustaining improvement must be a joint effort. We support our supply chain and their efforts to achieve excellence by collaborative working. We encourage constructive feedback through a performance review process that allows for two-way growth and improvement.

 

Golden rules for supply chain process

  • Work to our standards for health, safety and environmental management
  • Provide risk assessments and method statements for all activities and stick to them
  • Provide evidence for competency of the workforce (CSCS, CPCS, SSSTS, SMSTS etc.)
  • Provide evidence of maintenance and certification of vehicles, plant and equipment (maintenance records, certificates of thorough examinations, calibration certificates)
  • Report all incidents (including near misses)

  • Take part in our initiatives and training when offered and bring new ideas to the table
  • COSHH data sheets to allow us to produce a COSHH assessment 
  • Always have the correct PPE
  • Innovation, look to reduce manual handling, smarter ways of working
  • One point of contact (and willing to take part in a review)
  • Comply with our site rules when delivering to live sites
